If you want to move from being “mind full” to mindful, come along to Ivory Health’s weekly mindfulness and meditation group, where you will learn the principles of practice; and the philosophy and science behind its benefits.

Many people identify a struggle with learning how to develop a mindfulness routine into their lives. Our weekly group offers you the opportunity to learn skills and build upon your understanding of mindfulness, whilst ensuring that you have a space for regular practice by attending the group.

Regular mindfulness practice can be very beneficial to your mental health and wellbeing. Research into mindfulness has shown that it can enhance our wellbeing through the use of regular practice. Some potential benefits to the regular use of mindfulness can be a reduction in stress and anxiety, improved mood, improved sleep, assistance with focus, and improved sense of wellbeing.
We all get busy and it can be hard to build a new routine. The group is a way of ensuing you have at least one hour of practice regularly set aside for your practice. Through the practice of mindfulness, we hope to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Each class is a different topic which means you can join the class at any time of year.

Our mindfulness classes are run weekly on a Wednesday at 1pm for 1 hour.
